Our recent trip to Italy was absolutely incredible, and we owe so much of that to Don Connor at Cruise Planners. From the very beginning of the planning process to the moment we returned home, everything went smoothly and without a single hitch.
Don Connor went above and beyond to plan a trip that was perfectly suited to our interests and preferences. Don and team at Cruise Planners took care of every detail—flights, hotels, transfers, tours, restaurant recommendations—you name it. Their knowledge of Italy and attention to detail made all the difference.
We were able to enjoy Rome, Florence, Venice, and the Amalfi Coast without worrying about logistics or missing a beat. Every guide and experience they arranged was top-notch, and each day was balanced perfectly between sightseeing and relaxing.
It was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable trips we’ve ever taken, and we are beyond grateful for the professionalism, organization, and personal touch throughout the entire experience.

I am writing this rating for the two travelers that took this trip, my son and my nephew. They were both extremely pleased with everything. We have used cruise planners for lots of years and have never been disappointed or had any issues. I can’t command Linda enough for what she did For us on this trip. I was originally scheduled to go with my son and health reasons kept me from it. Linda spent lots of hours transferring all of the arrangements from me to my nephew. I know that had to be an horrendous task. Her level of knowledge is amazing. She kept me informed every step of the way and sent me all correspondence from Avante. I understood just a small portion of it and she tried her best for me to understand what was happening. Everything went beautifully. Melba was absolutely AMAZING during the whole process! From the original planning stage back in 2019, cancelations due to the pandemic, the war, frustrations with scheduling and finally a strike on the airline we were flying home on, she was professional, diligent, caring, knowledgeable and became our advocate. Linda, booked our trip to El Dorado Royale Resort in Mexico with South West Non-stop as our airline!
Everything went smoothly and this resort is large but there were shuttle carts to take you everywhere so much entertainment (live music) and the food was fabulous, the staff was friendly and they all wear masks and kept everything clean. Our room was in a convenient location for us and had great AC and a walk in shower -whirlpool tub. This resort had a app that was also very helpful for all your needs! It had many pools and a salt water pool at the beach. We had great time celebrating our 45th wedding Anniversary! Thank you Linda&Jerry Bosch at cruise planners. "Oh my Gosh the Place you chose for us was Perfect. (Barcelo Bavaro Palace - Premium Level) It was outstanding. The Beach was right in front of us and our room was very large. The view was WONDERFUL!!.. We enjoyed the Speciality Restaurants they were great. We are so glad you chose Punta Cana, I had a WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY.
